We are almost nearing the end of Navaratri – The festival of Nine Nights.
As a kannadiga, Navaratri is dear to me – Not only because it is a celebration of the triumph of good over evil, but also because it is our naaDa habba – festival of the land.

Navaratri is dear to me too!!
I used to be fussed a lot during the celebrations..hoovina jade, seere udisuvadu, kuchchu haakuvudu, alankaara madodu,dinakkondu bageya gombe baagina maadi nanna friendsnella kariyodu….
My brother would have felt jealous those days.. 😉
After many years I spent it with my mom and brother this time.
